The project consists of a support mission for the SPL du Plateau des l’Espace to recompose/requalify and revitalize a former military wasteland (LRBA: ballistics and aerodynamics research laboratory).
This site will house an innovation campus around aerospace (engineering school, presence of start-ups, etc.). The site’s remarkable built and plant heritage will be preserved in order to keep track of its history.
A number of facilities will be rehabilitated and maintained: studies are underway to help revitalize the site in its entirety.
