The L1 building takes place in an industrial environment consisting mainly of industrial building, storage or transport/logistic building ad petrochimical racks.The future construction will meet the architectural and technical requirements of the Plan for Prevention of Technological Risks of the Agglomeration of Rouen. The L1 building (offices) is in R+2 with an intermediate roof terrace.
As part of the site remediation plan initiated by Lubrizol Group, the architecture wanted to be consistent with the architectural charter adopted for the future of the site.
